304 stainless steel · Clyro
Twelve meatballs. One press. Every one the same size.
Load the cylinder, push the bar handle down once, and a tray of even balls drops straight out. They cook evenly because they are even.
The problem
Hand-rolled means uneven.
Rolled by hand, half the tray comes out burnt and half is still pink in the middle. The sizes never match, so the cooking times never match either.
And the mince ends up on your palms rather than in the pan.
The fix
One movement, done.
The wells are spaced and depthed the same, so every ball weighs the same and finishes at the same moment.
The bar presses and lifts in a single movement, so the balls drop out rather than being coaxed out with a spoon.
Detail
What you are actually getting.
Cookware-grade steel, matched portions, and a press that stores flat.
12 · wells
One push, one tray
Load the cylinder with mince, push the bar handle down once, and a tray of even balls drops straight out.
4 · seconds
Faster than rolling
No rolling, and no mince stuck to your palms. That is the whole trick, and it takes about four seconds.
304 · stainless
Cookware grade
The grade chosen for cookware rather than the grade chosen for price. It will not rust, stain, or take on the smell of what came before it.
Portions that match
The wells are spaced and depthed the same, so every ball weighs the same and finishes at the same moment. Nothing burnt, nothing pink in the middle.
One-hand release
The bar presses and lifts in a single movement. The balls drop out rather than being coaxed out with a spoon.
Not only meat
Falafel, arancini, rice balls, cookie dough, truffles, energy balls. Anything that holds a shape.
Measurements are taken by hand and may vary very slightly. Screen colour is not a reliable guide to finish.
No rolling. No mince on your palms. Four seconds.
Where it earns its place
Two nights it pays for itself.
Family dinner
Six wells is a weeknight tray for four, pressed and in the pan before the sauce has come up to heat.
A table of people
Twelve wells for a full table, or for batching and freezing so the next dinner is already made.
Both sizes work identically. Only the number of wells changes.

Questions
Before you order.
Does the mince stick?
Wet the plate and the plunger before you load it and the balls release clean. Cold mince behaves better than warm.
Which size should I choose?
Twelve wells if you cook for four or more, or if you batch and freeze. Six if it is usually two of you.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
It will survive one. Hand washing keeps it looking like the photographs.
Does it work with anything other than meat?
Yes. Falafel, arancini, rice balls, cookie dough, truffles and energy balls all work, as does anything else that holds a shape.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within one to two weeks, with tracking from the moment the parcel is scanned.
What if it is not what I wanted?
You have thirty days from delivery to send it back.
