A recipe, and the wine for it
Cooked to the season — what is good in October is not what is good in May. The pairing is a bottle around $20 that you can walk in and buy, chosen because it fits the dish. Twenty dollars is where wine gets interesting; it is not where it gets expensive.

Sign in and the prices on the site are already yours. No code, no cart minimum, nothing to remember — glassware, porcelain, linen, candlelight, all of it.
First call on new pieces
New collections open to members first. Short runs sell through before they reach the shop, and members are told where they can be found.
A gift on your birthday
Something from the house, sent to you, on the week of your birthday. No minimum spend and nothing to redeem.

A new letter opens in your Clyro account — the recipe, the bottle to pour with it, and why the two belong together.
It stays in your account. Every letter you have ever been sent is kept there, by season and by grape — nothing to file, nothing lost in an inbox.

Questions
Where do the letters actually go?
Into your Clyro account, where they stay. A new one opens there every Friday. Nothing long arrives in your inbox, and nothing gets buried there either.
How do I get the member price?
Sign in to your account. The lower prices show up across the site straight away — there is no code to type and nothing to activate.
How do I cancel?
Yourself, in your profile, in one click. It takes effect immediately and nobody has to approve it. Your letters and your member price run to the end of the month — or the year — you have already paid for.
Are the wines expensive?
No. The pairings sit around $20 and are picked because you can find them and because they match the dish — not for the label.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Cancel the one you are on and join the other; the change takes effect when the period you have paid for ends.
How do you know my birthday?
You tell us when you join. We use it for one thing only.

The details
What it costs
$19.99 a month, charged on the day you join and the same date each month after. Or $119.88 for a year, charged once. The club is identical on either plan.
Renewal
It renews on its own — each month on the monthly plan, each year on the annual one — until you stop it.
Cancelling
You do it yourself: sign in, open your profile, cancel. It takes effect straight away and nobody has to approve it. Your letters and member price run to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Member pricing
Ten per cent, applied when you are signed in, on items at full price. Not on pieces already reduced or on gift cards, and it does not stack with another discount code.
The birthday gift
One per membership per year, sent to the address on your account, for members active on the date. The piece is chosen by the house.
The letters
Published to your Clyro account, not mailed out. The recipes and photographs are Clyro's own work, for your own kitchen — please don't republish them.
About the wine
Pairing notes are editorial. Clyro does not sell wine, and nothing in a letter is an offer to supply it. Wine content is meant for readers of legal drinking age where they live.
If we end a membership
We may close one and refund the unused part of the period if a payment keeps failing, or if it is being used to buy Clyro stock for resale.
