Can they go in the dishwasher?
They are dishwasher safe. The raw rim prefers a hand wash, so if you want that fine unglazed line to stay looking as it does in the photographs, wash them by hand.
Is 5 cm deep enough for soup?
For a served course, yes — that is what a coupe is for. For a large helping of something very liquid, a deeper bowl is the better tool. This one is drawn for a plated portion, not a refill.
Do they stack?
They do — they are photographed stacked in pairs. All four are identical, so they nest the same way every time.
Is the raw rim rough to eat from?
It is a finished edge, not a broken one — the glaze stops and the porcelain shows. It reads different under the finger from the glazed surface, which is the whole intent of the detail.
